Shee Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Sc degree from Malaysia and has global work experience. She speaks English, Mandarin, Malay and several Chinese dialects. She started her career as an IT trainer in a subsidiary of IBM in 1996. She was offered a managerial role just after 2 years and has since expanded her exposure into Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, General Management, and Executive Search. A resourceful senior professional with 24 years of experience in fast moving industries, in global environments working with teams in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and LATAM. She has experience in management roles, people management, sales, and business with P&L responsibility. These has allowed her to gain an extensive understanding of human nature and the traits that drive success in multinational work team and cultures.
