Kathy graduated from Michigan State University, Lansing, Michigan, USA, where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Kathy started her career as an Individual and Group Therapist at a psychiatric hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She left private therapy work to enter the HR field where she became a Leadership Coach and Mentor, working for BGI Consulting, Holland, Michigan. In 1993 Kathy joined Uniform Color Company, one of the Audia Group companies, as Human Resources Director. In 2010 she became the Global Director of Human Resources for Audia Group and had HR responsibilities for all Audia companies worldwide.
Kathy has a wide range of industry knowledge in plastics, recruiting for position in sales, marketing, technology and finance. She has recruited for positions such as Managers, VP’s, Presidents, COO’s and CFO’s.Kathy’s combination of industry depth, geographic breadth, and strong relationship building provides the platform to deliver superior results.
