Ineke holds a Masters Degree, studied in Belgium and Germany and worked and lived in countries including Australia, Japan, Germany and Russia. A native Dutch speaker, Ineke is fluent in English, French and German and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. She started her career in the Marketing Department of BMW in Australia, worked for a Japanese company producing parts for the Automotive industry and became Laureate of the Prince Albert Fund in 1995. In 1996, she created her own business and worked as a Consultant for European Development Projects funded by the European Union, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, being responsible for the set –up, coordination and implementation of SME development initiatives and privatization projects. During this time, she was already dealing with the selection and recruitment of experts for the execution of the projects. She worked in Countries such as Japan, Bolivia, Russia, Bulgaria, Niger, Kenya, Malaysia, Zambia and the Philippines.
Ineke moved into executive search in 2000, working on all aspects from Business Development to full project execution including research, telephone interviewing, face-to-face interviewing and presentation to clients. She developed a client base throughout Europe, USA and Asia and has been focusing only on international profiles in a number of industries including the Chemical industry, Construction and Building Materials, Industrial Processing, Chemicals, Medical Devices and Biotechnology and Paper and packaging.
