Our approach to professional fees is simple and competitive. Unlike most retained search firms, we do not have high overhead with elaborate offices and furnishings, nor do we need to employ many research assistants to make role descriptions or do the initial research. We know where to look for potential candidates to fill your executive position. As a result, our effectiveness and simplicity is reflected in our fee structure-rates that are highly competitive.
We have adopted a structure where the executive fee ranges from 30% to 33% of the first year total cash compensation for the person recruited, with a minimum of EUR 30.000. Out-of-pocket expenses typically vary between 8% and 12% of the fee and include local travel and accommodation expenses of candidates and consultants, as well as communication expenses. International travel and video conferencing costs for candidates or consultants are billed separately.
We bill in 3 installments – the first installment upon sending the company target list, the second installment upon shortlist of candidates and the final installment upon completion of the project. Payment terms are net cash on receipt of invoice.
Additional recruitment :
If a client recruits more than one candidate, a professional fee of two- thirds will be charged for any additional candidate recruited.
Cancellation of assignment :
If for any reason the assignment is cancelled before our fees have been billed in full, then fees and variable expenses due up until the day of cancellation are billed on a pro-rata basis.
In case the search was fully completed from our side and a minimum of 3 qualified candidates where presented, the full amount of the fee will be charged in case the search is stopped or put on hold by the customer.
Replacement guarantee:
In case a successful candidates leaves the organization within a period of 6 months after joining the organization, unless there was a substantial change in the job specification, we commit to replace this candidate without charging any additional fees.
