Chantal holds a master’s degree in business administration and has gained over 25 years of international experience as Global Head of Human Resources in complex organizations. As native French speaker, Chantal is also fluent in German and English. She has a proven track record and deep knowledge in identifying talents, supporting individuals and organizations during transformation and career development processes. Besides her strong goals- and results-oriented approach, her long professional experience as an executive coach enables her to recognize very quickly relevant strengths and development potentials of candidates while conducting interviews via telephone, skype or face-to-face. Together with her ability to see the big picture and pay attention to details she is strong at communicating with diverse hierarchy levels with empathy.
